DaarHub ("we", "us") operates daarhub.com and the DaarHub platform for residential communities in Dubai. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website, in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).

This policy covers the DaarHub website and early-access waitlist. When the DaarHub app launches, in-app data processing (including identity and property verification) will be covered by an updated policy published before you are asked to provide that data.

When you join the waitlist, we collect: your email address, the role you select (owner, resident, or vendor), and the community you live in. We also collect basic technical data needed to operate the site securely, such as anonymised usage statistics.

We use your data to: manage the waitlist and contact you about early access; send you a welcome email and occasional updates about DaarHub; understand interest by community and role so we can plan our rollout. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

We process your waitlist data on the basis of your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing from our emails or contacting us — we will then remove you from the waitlist.

We share data only with service providers who help us run the website and deliver emails (such as hosting and email delivery services), under agreements that protect your data. Where these providers process data outside the UAE, we take steps to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection as required by the PDPL.

We keep waitlist data until you unsubscribe, ask us to delete it, or the waitlist is no longer needed — whichever comes first.

Under the PDPL you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; to restrict or object to its processing; to receive a copy of it; and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at admin@daarhub.com. We will respond within the timelines required by law.

We protect your data with appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls.

This website is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

If we make material changes, we will update this page and revise the date above.
