Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 July 2026

Agreement

These terms govern your use of daarhub.com, including the early-access waitlist and the Murooj Al Furjan preview features (the "Site"). By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What the Site is

The Site is an informational preview of the DaarHub platform. The DaarHub app itself is not yet generally available. When it launches, your use of the app will be governed by separate terms presented to you before you start using it.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or join the waitlist.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to DaarHub, a place in any particular order, or access by any particular date. We may open access gradually, prioritise specific communities or roles, or change our rollout plans at any time. You can leave the waitlist whenever you like by unsubscribing or contacting us.

Preview content

The Site includes preview data from our pilot community, such as property types, drawing counts, amenity availability, and community updates, along with a limited read-only AI demo. This content is provided for illustration, may change without notice, and should not be relied on for any decision about a property, purchase, tenancy, or contractor.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse, probe, or disrupt the Site; attempt to access data or features not intentionally made available to you; scrape or bulk-extract Site content; submit false information; or use the Site in violation of applicable law.

Intellectual property

The Site, including its design, text, graphics, and branding, belongs to DaarHub or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our permission, except as allowed by law.

No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about its availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DaarHub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Privacy

How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update this page and revise the date above. Continuing to use the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
